2024-2025 Yama Kids Camps
Yama Kids Yoga is a yoga studio dedicated to teaching yoga to kids, located in Elmwood, Berkeley.
At camp, kids will learn yoga poses, meditation, and mindfulness. We’ll do crafts, collaborative art, and a bit of running around. We’ll introduce kids to the real meaning of yoga - to be thoughtful and kind, both to one another and to themselves. Come join us for the special introduction to the real reason everyone loves yoga!

Dates: Monday, Thursday, Friday - December 23, 26, and 27
Times: 9 PM - 3 PM, with aftercare available from 3 PM - 5 PM
Fee: $325 OR $125 per day
Capacity: 17 kids
Aftercare costs: $90, if you sign up for the whole week of camp, or $40/day for drop-in aftercare

At Yama Yoga Camp, we do yoga, meditation, crafts, park time, and fun!
What's a day at Yama camp?
9:00 -9:30 - Drop-offs and warm up activities/crafts
9:30 - 10:30 - Yoga, including poses, introduction to the language of yoga, and mindfulness
10:30 - 10:45 - Snack
10:45 - 11:30 - Craft
11:30 - 12:15 - Yoga and yoga games
12:15 - 12:45 - Lunch
12:45 - 1:00 - Get ready to go to the park!
1 :00 - 2:15 - Meditation and play at Willard or Sand Park in Berkeley
2;15 - 2:30 - Walk back to the studio
2:30 - 2:45 - Savasana (final resting pose)
2:45 - 3:00 - Pack up, and free time (for those not in aftercare)

3:00 - 5:00 - Snacks and free play
