2025 Yama Kids Camps
Yama Kids Yoga is a yoga studio dedicated to teaching yoga to kids, located in Elmwood, Berkeley.
At camp, kids will learn yoga poses, meditation, and mindfulness. We’ll do crafts, collaborative art, and a bit of running around. We’ll introduce kids to the real meaning of yoga - to be thoughtful and kind, both to one another and to themselves. Come join us for the special introduction to the real reason everyone loves yoga!

Camp Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be issued if you cancel more than one month before start of camp session

What's a day at Yama camp?
9:00 -9:30 Drop-offs and warm up activities/crafts
9:30 - 10:30 Yoga, including poses, introduction to the language of yoga, and mindfulness
10:30 - 10:45 Snack
10:45 - 11:30 Craft
11:30 - 12:15 Yoga and yoga games
12:15 - 12:45 Lunch
12:45 - 1:00 Get ready to go to the park!
1 :00 - 2:15. Meditation and play at Willard or Sand Park in Berkeley
2;15 - 2:30 Walk back to the studio
2:30 - 2:45 Savasana (final resting pose)
2:45 - 3:00 Pack up, and free time (for those not in aftercare)
